Thank you for shopping with DR Rudyx Products. We are committed to delivering your XChips™ quickly and securely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 applies for standard shipping.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost at checkout)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on drrudyx.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@drrudyx.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
