Return and Refund Policy

At DR Rudyx Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially consumed XChips™ products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are final sale.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@drrudyx.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different flavor or product. Contact us at hello@drrudyx.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We will provide a prepaid label for qualifying returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
